In your account, click Create listing, choose the category and fill in the details. Good listings have:
- at least eight sharp photos in landscape format (the first one is the cover),
- a clear title and a short description that says what makes the asset special,
- the price in US dollars - buyers can display it in their own currency - or "price on request".
Texts with AI
Optionally, let the AI read the features from your photos and tick what is correct, then let it suggest the title and descriptions from your details. Nothing is saved until you use the proposal and save the listing. Please check every fact.
Confidential address and private listings
You decide whether the exact address is shown, released only to qualified buyers, or whether the whole listing is private. See Private listings.
