Pay for listings online, not for each asset
You choose how many listings you want online at the same time. That is your plan. When an asset is sold, you remove it and publish the next one in the same place. A yacht that sells after a week costs you nothing extra.
Your first listing is free. From the second listing you pay USD 99 per listing and month, decreasing to USD 29 as your portfolio grows. Listing more than 50 assets? Contact us for a custom offer. Annual billing saves 2 months.

What a membership includes
Your inventory, published your way
List across all four categories under one account. Edit, reprice, pause or remove any listing from your dashboard at any time. Price reductions are highlighted automatically and buyers who saved the listing are notified.
Direct buyer enquiries
Enquiries go to the inbox in your account and, if you wish, as a copy to your email. We do not read, qualify or resell them, and we never contact the buyer on your behalf. Automated spam protection keeps bots out, and you can block senders or whole domains yourself.
Off-market mode
Publish sensitive assets without a public price and without a precise address, tail number or hull registration. Full details are released only when you choose.
Statistics and quality score
See views and enquiries per listing and per day, receive a monthly performance report, and get concrete tips from the quality score to make each listing more complete.
Security
Every sign-in is protected by an email code. You see which devices are signed in to your account and can sign out any of them.
Swiss hosting
Servers and databases are located in Switzerland, under the Swiss FADP and the EU GDPR.
How to join

Register your brokerage for accreditation.
2. Get verified
We verify your business details and active trading in the relevant category before activating the account.
3. Publish
Set up your profile and add your first listings. If you already have an exposé or brochure, send it to us and we will set up your first listings with you.
Why no commission
A percentage of a 15 million estate or a 30 million superyacht is not a listing fee. It is a charge on your own work. We run the infrastructure, you close the deal. We are never a party to your transaction, never co-broker alongside you and never take a share of a deal.
Founding Membership
LuxuryBroker.com launched in 2026 and is building its broker network market by market. Founding Members list without limits and free of charge until 31 August 2027, deal with the operator directly and help decide what gets built next. No payment details are required. Founding Members receive preferential terms for the period after the free phase.

What does it cost to list a property, yacht, jet or collector car?
Your first listing is free. Each further listing costs from USD 99 per listing and month, decreasing to USD 29 for portfolios of up to 50 listings. Larger portfolios receive a custom offer. The calculator on this page shows the exact price for your number of listings. There is no commission on any transaction.
Is the first listing really free?
Yes. Every verified broker can keep one listing online free of charge, with no payment details required. You only pay when you want more listings online at the same time.
What happens when an asset is sold?
You remove the listing and publish the next asset in the same place. You pay for places, not for individual assets.
Can I change the number of listings later?
Yes. More listings are available immediately and are charged pro rata until the end of the current term. Fewer listings take effect from the next term.
Is there a minimum term?
Plans run monthly or annually and renew automatically. You can cancel the renewal in your account at any time before the end of the current term.
How do I pay?
By card, Apple Pay or Google Pay via Stripe, or by bank transfer, always in USD against an invoice. Card payments activate your plan immediately, bank transfers as soon as the payment has been received. Renewal invoices are sent 14 days before the end of the term and are payable within 30 days, so your listings stay online without interruption.
Who can list on LuxuryBroker.com?
Licensed brokers, authorised dealerships, corporate fleet operators and licensed advisory firms with verifiable commercial activity. The platform is B2B only. Private individuals cannot publish listings, but can send a request to the Off-Market Desk.
Which asset categories are covered?
Four: prime residential and commercial real estate, superyachts and sailing yachts, business jets and executive helicopters, and rare and collector automobiles.
Can I list an asset without disclosing the price or address?
Yes. Off-market mode hides the asking price, exact location, tail number and hull registration from public view. You decide when and to whom full details are released.
Does LuxuryBroker.com act as a broker in the transaction?
No. The platform publishes listings and forwards enquiries. It does not negotiate, represent either side, hold funds or take a commission.
