LuxuryBroker.com is a listing platform for luxury assets — prime real estate, superyachts, business jets and collector automobiles. Brokers and dealerships publish their inventory here, buyers browse it or send a request for something that is not publicly listed, and the two sides deal with each other directly.
The platform launched in 2026 and covers four asset categories: prime residential and commercial real estate, superyachts and sailing yachts, business jets and executive helicopters, and rare and collector automobiles. It is operated from Switzerland.
Why it exists
Most luxury portals price per listing, which quietly discourages brokers from publishing their full inventory — and a full inventory is exactly what makes a marketplace worth visiting for a buyer. A broker who has done the work of winning a mandate ends up paying for the privilege of showing it.
LuxuryBroker.com is built the other way round. One flat monthly fee, unlimited listings, no commission, and inquiries that go straight to the broker who published the asset. We are not a party to any transaction and never take a share of one.
That is a deliberately narrow role. We run the infrastructure. The deal is yours.
Who runs it
LuxuryBroker.com is operated by Alexander Baum from Felsberg, Switzerland. Servers and databases are located in Switzerland, under the Swiss FADP and EU GDPR.
It is a small operation, and that is visible in how it works: you deal with the operator directly, decisions get made quickly, and what a member asks for tends to end up in the product. What it also means is that we are building the network broker by broker, market by market, rather than claiming one we do not yet have.
Where we stand
The platform is new. We publish no traffic figures and promise no inquiry volumes, because there is nothing meaningful to report yet. What exists today is the infrastructure, Swiss hosting, a zero-commission model, and a founding group of brokers being assembled now.
If you represent active inventory, or you are looking for something specific, we would like to hear from you.
