LuxuryBroker.com is operated as a sole proprietorship under Swiss law. Entry in the commercial register and allocation of a company identification number (UID/CHE) take place on reaching the statutory turnover threshold (Art. 931 Swiss Code of Obligations). Fees are invoiced in USD. Swiss VAT is applied where required under the Swiss Value Added Tax Act.
4. Nature of the service
LuxuryBroker.com provides a B2B web platform, listing directory and request-routing infrastructure for four asset categories: prime real estate, business aviation, superyachts and automobiles.
No brokerage role
The operator is not a licensed estate agent, broker, dealer, representative or escrow agent in any jurisdiction.
No involvement in transactions
The operator does not negotiate prices, does not hold client funds, receives no commission and is not a party to any agreement or transaction between users or third parties.
Off-Market Desk
Requests received through the Off-Market Desk are routed as unmediated introductions to accredited brokers. The operator assumes no liability for the outcome of any transaction.
Listing content
All statements, specifications and prices in listings are the representations of the member firm that supplied the listing.
5. Reporting unlawful content
To report a listing that you believe is inaccurate, unlawful, infringes intellectual property or personality rights, or breaches our standards, write to [email protected] and provide:
- the URL or listing reference concerned;
- the nature and legal basis of the alleged infringement;
- your contact details and, where you act for a rights holder, proof of authorisation.
We acknowledge reports within two business days and restrict or remove content in accordance with section 13.3 of the Terms of Service.
