  • No Brokerage or Intermediary Role: The Operator acts solely as a B2B software and listing infrastructure provider. The Operator is not a licensed estate agent, asset broker, dealer, representative, or escrow agent in any jurisdiction.

  • No Transaction Involvement: The Operator does not conduct price negotiations, does not hold client funds, receives zero commission, and is not a party to any agreement or transaction concluded between platform Users or third parties.

  • Listing Content: All statements, technical specifications, representations, and pricing details published on this site are solely the representations of the accredited member firm that supplied the listing.


3. Reporting Unlawful Content & Takedown Requests

To report a listing that you believe is inaccurate, unlawful, infringes upon intellectual property or personality rights, or breaches our B2B standards, please contact our review team at [email protected].

Please provide the following details:

  1. The exact URL or listing identifier concerned;

  2. The legal basis or nature of the alleged infringement;

  3. Your full corporate contact details and proof of authorization (where reporting on behalf of a rights holder).

We acknowledge receipt of reports within two (2) business days and execute takedown or restriction procedures in accordance with Clause 6.4 of our Terms of Service.
