Under Buyer requests you see anonymous Off-Market requests from buyers and from brokers searching for their clients. Matching shows requests in the categories and countries of your published listings; All requests shows every open request.
How to answer
- Each company answers a request once: say what you can offer and how you would proceed. You can attach one of your listings, also a private one.
- The requester sees your name, company and verification. If they are interested, they write to you - only then do you see who they are, in a normal conversation.
- Please do not answer with offers that do not fit; requesters can mark answers as not relevant.
New matching requests are sent to you once a day by email. You can turn this email off on the requests page.
You can also send a request yourself for a client under My requests; other brokers then answer you.
