About this example
A 45-metre performance sloop delivered in 2017, built in composite with a carbon mast and boom and a lifting keel that reduces draft from 6.2 to 4.1 metres for coastal and island cruising.
Deck layout is kept clean for sailing: a raised deckhouse with an interior helm position and full instrumentation, twin outboard wheels aft, and captive winches below deck. Flush foredeck hatches with sunbathing cushions forward of the mast.
Below, the interior is finished in pale oak with white panels. The owner's suite is aft across the full beam, with three guest cabins amidships sleeping eight in total. Crew quarters forward for five, with separate access to the galley.
Sails, running rigging and standing rigging serviced and inspected according to the yard's schedule. Auxiliary engine with low hours, used mainly for manoeuvring and charging. Class certificates current, all maintenance records complete since new.
